Federation Technologies /Siteminder - Senior Engineer

TITLE: Federation Technologies/ Siteminder- Senior Engineer

DUTIES: Responsible for the evaluation, solution selection, process development and 3rd level support (engineering and operations escalation) for current and future Federation technologies such as SiteMinder based Single Sign On solutions and applications, PingFederate, and Gigya (SAP). Evaluate current and future SiteMinder policy server and web agent software. Architect and implement SiteMinder policy server/web agent install, upgrade, patching and migration processes. Architect and implement SiteMinder policy server/web agent monitoring, backup and log maintenance processes. Architect and implement highly available SiteMinder policy server services. Architect and implement solutions using SiteMinder custom/active features. Architect and implement policy and domain integration methodologies for applications participating in single sign on. Work with diverse business and application teams to integrate/onboard applications onto SSO platform using SiteMinder Agents, Web Access Gateways and SAML-based federation. Provide Level 3rd level support. Work with help desk and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve/fix issues and bugs. Work with Enterprise Architecture and Business teams to identify new areas where IAM can be utilized and enhance IAM capabilities to address new business needs. **Position is based out of our U.S. headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI. This is a 100% remote/telecommuting position, allowing individuals who fill the position to live and work from anywhere within the continental U.S.**

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science or related field of study and 5 years of experience in job offered or related position using Federation Technologies. Experience must include: experience in installation, configuration and implementation of a multiple server SiteMinder policy server deployment; working with Linux command line/scripting; experience with ServiceNow for change/incident management; working with Splunk, Oauth/OpenID, SAML and ADFS, LDAP and Active Directory; 4 years experience with SiteMinder and supporting software.
