Position Title: Admin Coordinator
Wage: $25.00 - $30.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday) An Administrative Coordinator job in Machesney Park, IL is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of related administrative experience with an understanding of bookkeeping and invoices. In this position, you will answer the phone, monitor emails from customers and vendors, distribute mail, verify purchase orders, support invoice entry, and assist with filing checks. This position will verify manufacturing orders, create labels and files, and assist with other administrative tasks as necessary. This is a full-time, fully onsite role with work hours of 8am to 4:30pm M-F with a family owned, growing manufacturer.
