Job title: Product Complaint Analyst I

Duration: 12 months (possible extension)

Location: Waukegan, IL 60085 - Hybrid

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 - 4:30/5

Description:

  • The focus will be in the Product Complaints area candidate will be performing an assessment of efficacy reports.
  • The position will be detail-oriented and require review of attachments, labelling, and detailed complaint reports.
  • Candidates must be able to make decisions independently.
  • Additionally, responsibilities may include project support, mailbox monitoring, and cross-functional support within PMQA.



Ideal Candidate

  • A Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred degree in technology or scientific background (MLT, LPN, RN).
  • 1 year quality and/or complaint/intake handling experience.
  • 3-5 years quality and/or complaint handling experience. A degree in science, nursing, or equivalent would be preferred
  • This role requires sitting at a computer for long periods of time, the candidate must be comfortable in that type of environment.
