You Are: A Seasoned Technical Program Manager with a solid history in both product management and engineering program management. You are a dynamic leader who can navigate complex challenges with ease. Your expertise spans cloud-native technologies and your proven program management skills makes you the ideal candidate to program manage our Central Platform Engineering teams forward.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing the execution of technical programs focused on cloud-native technologies and platforms from inception to completion.
• Partnering with senior leadership to align technical program objectives with strategic goals and vision.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define technical program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical program plans that incorporate cloud-native solutions.
• Driving effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and support.
• Monitoring technical program progress and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the technical program management function.
• Staying current with industry trends and advancements in CI/CD and cloud-native technologies to enhance program delivery.
• Implement and promote agile methodologies and best practices for project management.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborating with DevOps and engineering teams to optimize platform performance and scalability.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Management and/or product management with a background and prior experience in product management.
• Hands on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline management and cloud-native technologies.
• Full stack developer experience will be a great plus
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong project and product management skills with a track record of managing complex technical programs.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in a technical management role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and provide clear guidance to the development team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. PMP certification preferred

Requirements:

• BS/MS with 8+ years of relevant experience in managing large-scale technical programs, specifically with cloud-native technologies
• BS with 10+ years, MS with 8+ years, or Ph.D. with 5+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Agile development methodology practices are required.
