We are currently looking to add a new Facilities Engineer to our team. The Facilities Engineer provides engineer support for the efficient operation of Sentry facilities, including coordination of building projects and maintenance services at our Sentry facilities. What You'll Do Coordinate and participate in the development, documentation and monitoring of various projects and operations of Corporate Services. Ability to be on-call rotation for afterhours maintenance issues. Develop timelines for completion of projects within established target dates. Oversee major projects, define and document specific objectives and scopes of work. This includes problem resolution options and alternatives, cost estimates and project staffing needs Provide cost estimates and analysis as requested by management for cost-benefit analysis (CBA) on large projects. Responsible to set and track all budget items he/she is responsible for. This includes, but is not limited to, purchase requisitions, invoice approval and account coding. Acquire and maintain appropriate technical knowledge relating to assigned responsibilities What it Takes Associates Degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of related work experience HVAC and Building Automations experience preferred Ability to acquire and apply technical knowledge in all aspects of the position Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings Computer skills, including experience using various software application and building management systems Ability to meet the travel requirements of the position Duties and/or projects may necessitate working non-standard work hours and/or participating in the rotational callback to facilitate after-hour emergency situations What You'll Receive At Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
