Your opportunity
New Relic's People Team is seeking an innovative People Operations leader to run the Global People Operations team and design for the future with an AI-enabled HR Shared Services function. New Relic's People Operations team provides global HR support for understanding our policies and processing employee data transactions.


What you'll do



  • You will drive for the transformation of our overall HR service delivery model, to focus on automation and leverage AI tools to steer the us in the direction of higher self-service.
  • Define the framework by evaluating the current operating model and ensure we are set to scale globally with collaborative partnerships between our HR Business Partners and global stakeholders. This role will help set the foundation of ownership and accountability across our processes and policies.
  • Coach and mentor your team members for their professional growth to ensure their skills, knowledge, roles and responsibilities align with the group/company goals and maintain effective morale, productivity, and capability.
  • Lead your team through a focus on metrics and data analysis to ensure we are identifying trends in employee tickets that our teams can take action on.
  • Collaborate closely with Stakeholders across IT, Payroll, Legal/Compliance, and HRBP teams.



This role requires



  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience in global HR Operations which include Shared Services system related technology, processes, and metrics.
  • Strong Understanding of international law to help collaborate with Legal and HRBP Stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience developing, recommending, and implementing global HR operational solutions and automated processes to drive self-service, and increase employee satisfaction.
  • Functional knowledge of HR principles, practice, and processes including employment federal, state, and local laws.
  • High level of working knowledge of global HRIS (Workday preferred) systems, ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred), ticketing system knowledge, and HR Operations automation processes.
  • High level of working knowledge of metrics/EDW/dashboards for data analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of G-Suite Products.
  • Strong problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional team player with a focus on efficiency and strong team collaboration capability.
  • Attention to detail, the utmost discretion when working with confidential data, and dedication to customer service.
  • Great mentor, hands-on manager, and trainer for team member development and training.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and commendable ability to prepare audience-oriented presentation materials for successful implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, systems, HR, or related fields; SHRM certificate plus.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
