About the Role:

The Digital Marketing team at PitchBook is focused on executing high-impact and measurable programs across paid media, SEO, ABM, email, and web. Operating at the center of channel marketing and stakeholder collaboration, the Digital team supports go-to-market campaigns, product launches, and always-on programs. As our operations scale, we are building the structure needed to ensure predictable planning, execution, and alignment within the Digital team and across key stakeholder groups.

The Sr. Digital Operations Manager is a senior individual contributor who leads through influence and enables the operational backbone of the digital marketing team. This role is responsible for managing the team's rhythm of business, intake processes, cross-functional alignment, and prioritization efforts. You will contribute across a range of strategic and executional initiatives - from quarterly planning and launch frameworks to ongoing campaign and creative coordination.

You will work closely with partners across Brand & Creative, Marketing Platforms, Marketing Intelligence, and Enterprise Technology to ensure digital workstreams move forward with clarity, efficiency, and accountability. You will help bridge the gap between creative development, testing cycles, media execution, and optimization to support better-integrated and more impactful digital marketing programs.

  • Ensure integrated workflows between digital and partner teams, supporting the creative production, testing, and optimization cycles of our programs
  • Align digital execution to PitchBook's GTM frameworks, surfacing cross-functional dependencies and risks early
  • Own project tracking infrastructure, ensuring visibility into current and upcoming priorities across the portfolio
  • Proactively identify blockers, risks, and resourcing gaps; escalate and collaborate for resolution
  • Champion process improvement efforts that increase operational efficiency and repeatability within the Digital team
  • Influence without authority to maintain momentum across teams, clarify expectations, and ensure accountability for shared goals
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, project/program management, or product operations
  • Experience working in sprint-based development environments (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban)
  • Familiarity with product management principles and tools (e.g., story writing, backlog grooming, ticket prioritization)
  • Proven success managing multiple cross-functional projects and aligning competing priorities
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
