Overview

The first line Risk & Controls function at Deutsche Bank sits within the Group Technology Infrastructure (GTI) for Deutsche Bank Group. GTI has the largest footprint within the Technology, Data and Innovation division and is cooperating with other business-aligned Chief Information Officer (CIO) Information Technology (IT) divisions. The Risk & Controls is a dynamic team, consistently in demand, for providing guidance and to challenge in order to deliver change and maintain systems in a secure and resilient manner.

You will join the Bank's and GTI's journey and contribute every day towards our strategic contribution by enhancing solutions and helping to transform our Risk landscape as well as by conducting activities that further improve our operational resilience and risk reduction.

As a Divisional Risk and Control Analyst you will support driving the Risk contribution to the GTI strategy through Audit & Risk related remediation, transformation and change initiatives

What You'll Do

  • Drive Manage and drive adherence to the control strategy and framework with related governance aspects across Technology platforms, and ensure it reflects the changing regulatory landscape, while navigating through change and adapting to GTI strategy priorities

  • Change & Remediate Providing technology risk expertise related to strategic changes within the GTI Organization. Proactively monitor risk landscape shift within the industry to identify and implement transformation opportunities for Deutsche Bank and to protect from risk exposure

  • Build, Network & Liaise Building, growing and driving productive networks to leverage, negotiate and promote best solutions, and re-use, expand and enhance. Liaising to support and unblock through respectful and effective escalation practices

  • Lead & Senior Interaction Ability to provide orientation during times of change as well as deliver against Senior Interaction across the division and beyond

Skills You'll Need

  • Overall experience in roles with similar complexity including Extensive in a Technology company or in a Banking Technology division or IT audit with years of experience in Risk and Control role with proven track record in a global organization

  • Deep understanding of industry wide risk landscape and regulatory expectations as wells as excellent understanding of Industry best practices such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL and ISO 27001

  • Proven track record in influencing and driving change

  • Ability to take people with you in a cross-cultural and diverse operating environment

  • Growth mindset and proven track record to operate effectively with range of stakeholders

  • Desire to continuous upskilling, result orientation and ability to deliver under tight timelines

  • Knowledge of project management, process maturity or quality management

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $111,800.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
