What we're seeking:

The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting our best practices that allow individuals and teams to focus on Frontier's mission. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be in Seymour, IN.

What we need in you:

What you'll do:



  • Provide system support for users in Network Engineering
  • Develop automations to improve business processes between systems used by Network Engineering
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution
  • Identify training needs and work with the process team to address
  • User Acceptance resource for all initiatives as needed
  • Work collaboratively with support and operational teams to drive improvement
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all systems tied to Remedy
  • Work with the business to drive requests for automations
  • Draft, review and refine project requirements
  • Submit and manage issues and enhancements on behalf of the business
  • Prioritize projects and troubleshoot issues based on the needs of the business

  • Salary Range: $31,000 to $183,000

What background you should have:



  • Very strong personal organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
  • Enthusiastic, self-directed, and able to problem-solve and interact with stakeholders across the organization
  • Must be well-organized and must be able to communicate well with both internal and external customers
  • Must be extremely comfortable with MS Office
