Department Summary The Office of Student Success and Testing Services is dedicated to empowering students and the community we serve throughout their educational journey. We are committed to fostering the growth and success of both students and community members by providing resources that support educational and professional development. The Office of Student Success and Testing Services houses both Student Success and Testing Services. Position Overview The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for the Testing Coordinator position. In this role, the Testing Coordinator will report to the Assistant Director of Testing Services and assist in coordinating and supervision of proctored exams at the Testing Center. The Testing Coordinator will gain knowledge in proctoring exams, communicating with testing sponsors and exam requirements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with two years' of related experience and or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency in MS Office. Strong organizational, written and verbal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Data entry and analytics. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Associates with 2 years experience in an office setting. Preference will be given to those with experience working in either a University or Testing Center environment. Required License/Registration/Certifications Job Duties:
