Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Warehouse Coordinator to join our amazing culture in our Richmond, VA office. In this role, you will administer and operate the Richmond warehouse, including efficient shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment. Responsible for receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner. Provide project and service support to field colleagues and support office colleagues as needed. What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

1. Receives, unloads and stores incoming materials including tools, parts and equipment. This includes matching contents to packing list and assigning to job shelf. Visually inspects cartons and packages and contents for damage from handling and transit. Places orders for installation and service projects.

2. Handles UPS, Fed Ex and other freight carrier deliveries and schedules pick-ups as needed. Packs and ships product to vendors, customers, and sub-contractors. This includes creating labels and shipping to customers or vendors as needed.

3. Handles and processes returns, including all Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs); this includes returning and shipping RMA's as needed.

4. Initiates invoicing for the assigned line of business and includes pay applications as required. Enters security invoices periodically.

5. Creates and enters all relevant Purchase Orders (PO's) into Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system (Business Central) and updates product cost in material management workbook. Performs monthly cycle counts, annual inventory counts and reconciliation. Works with other departments such as Purchasing and Operations to resolve receiving challenges. Stays abreast of PO status and resolves issues.

6. Pulls and stages orders for installers or service technicians. Delivers materials and/or documents to customer job sites regularly throughout the week. Also responsible for delivering materials in-house as needed.

7. Verifies the accuracy of all incoming orders including counts and quantities; stages orders for pick up. Responsible for inventory control.

8. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Locates and places most packing slips.

9. Keeps warehouse area clean and organized; sweeps, breaks down boxes, restocks paper products, empties garbage, etc. Coordinates building maintenance with building management, vendors, sub-contractors and in-house colleagues. May assist with meeting setups including moving tables and equipment.

10. May receive on site credit card orders per colleagues. Responsible for home building supply credit card usage.

11. May handle vehicle related issues including repairs, maintenance and service.

12. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:
Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
Additional specialized training is helpful, but not required.
Experience:
- Minimum of one year of previous, relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation.
