Responsibilities

The F-47/Collaborative Combat Aircraft program office is seeking a Hiring Manager. The candidate will assist the MTSI recruiting team with recruiting talent while creating a positive experience for candidates with the overall goal of achieving hiring goals for the government customer.

* Talent sourcing - Assist MTSI Recruiting Team with identifying and sourcing top talent and skillsets. This includes, but is not limited to, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

* Job Posting - Draft and post job requisitions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.

* Screening - Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.

* Candidate Experience - Ensure a positive experience for the candidate by providing timely updates with accurate information about the hiring process.

* Collaboration - Work closely with government leads for their staffing needs while providing quality candidates.

* Compliance - Ensure all hiring activities are compliant with company policies, equal employment opportunities (EEO), and labor laws.


Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting, HR, or related field.

Education:

* Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

* Excellent organizational skills and time management.

* General knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

* Attention to detail.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

* Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.

* Team player with the ability to work independently.

Clearance Requirements

* Must possess a minimum of a TS Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
