Summary: The IBHS Non-Clinical Health & Wellness Advocate will support the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) and other Reserve Components by providing behavioral health services as part of the Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS). This role involves engaging Service members and families to offer crisis intervention, therapeutic support, case management, and connections to appropriate military, federal, state, and community resources.
