Gorman & Company is looking for a skilled Leasing Specialist to join our team at Crosswinds at Arista, a 159-unit LIHTC housing community. How You'll Make an Impact:

Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and professionalism.
Conduct tours, assist with applications, and present communities with pride.
Process affordable housing files accurately and in compliance with program standards.
Coordinate closely with the Compliance Department for timely renewals and recertifications.
Help with resident move-ins, lease administration, and everyday inquiries.
Represent our values through empathetic, respectful service.

What You'll Bring:

At least 1 year of leasing, real estate, or property management experience.
Experience with affordable housing compliance is a plus.
A servant-minded approach-driven to help others and serve the community.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
