Job Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:



  • Performing on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of compressor systems, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Diagnosing service problems and promptly addressing customer concerns with a customer-first mindset.
  • Conducting regular maintenance checks and servicing as per the scheduled timetable and customer agreements.
  • Providing technical advice and training to customers on the proper usage and maintenance of compressor systems.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting service visits, including detailed reports of the work performed and maintaining equipment records.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in compressor technology to enhance service delivery


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:



  • A strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or related fields with relevant hands-on experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area
