Senior Manager, Trialer Conversion Analytics - (employer: Sirius XM Radio LLC; job location: New York, NY) - Lead advanced analytic projects and deliver innovative technical solutions that drive growth and revenue for the company. Partner with acquisition marketing team to design tests and provide statistical evaluation of results. Ensure all test populations are unbiased and set up with proper statistical rigor. Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to senior management and to the broader organization. Lead the design and development of machine learning/statistical models, and ensure rigorous validation procedures and best performance. Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translate data from multiple sources and of multiple varieties into actionable insights. Engage with stakeholders to discuss business strategies and opportunities. Requirements: Master's degree in Operations Research, Data Science, Computer Science or Statistics, plus two years of experience in the position offered or an operations researcher or data scientist position or Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Data Science, Computer Science or Statistics, plus five years of progressive post-Bachelor's experience in the position offered or an operations researcher or data scientist position. All required experience must have included using Python, Tableau and Power BI to create visualizations of data and performance metrics; building end-to-end custom artificial intelligence/machine learning models, including linear and logistic regression, random forest, LightGBM, XGBoost, and classification; working with Python for Analytics (data cleaning, model building, model performance optimization and model deployment), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Amazon Web Services (AWS); and performing bias detection and model explainability exercises using ELI5 and Shapley Additive Explanations to relay the relevance of observed modeling results. #LI-DNI.
