Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Application Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and cloud-native architecture to join our Wireless Network Provisioning domain. This role involves full software lifecycle responsibilities - from design, development, and testing to deployment - as part of a strategic modernization program transitioning from legacy C++ systems to a Kubernetes-based microservices platform on AWS.

You will be at the forefront of solution architecture, development leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of wireless network provisioning systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Network, Billing, Field Ops, Architecture, etc.
• Work through full SDLC including production issue analysis and resolution.
• Modernize legacy systems to cloud-native microservices using Kubernetes and EKS.
• Implement CI/CD pipeline improvements and Agile practices.
• Architect and deliver scalable, resilient systems with performance tuning.
• Promote best practices in software development and DevOps automation.
• Drive TMForum API adoption, OSS integration, and advanced provisioning solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop proactive technical resolutions.
• Create and document business requirements, proposals, and impact analyses.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Languages/Frameworks: Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring, PL/SQL, React.js
• Databases: Oracle, Redis, Cassandra, MySQL
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EKS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS), Jenkins, Ansible
• Messaging & Streaming: Kafka (MSK & Confluent), RabbitMQ, Event-driven design
• Provisioning & Telecom: Deep understanding of 5G provisioning (NSA/SA), VNF/CNF, 3GPP, TMForum APIs
• Tools: Kibana, Grafana, New Relic, Git, Jira, APIGEE
• Additional Tech: Unix/Linux, Python, Shell scripting, SOAP/REST, Groovy, Redis, Camel
• Architecture: Microservices, SOA, Security, Scalability, Reliability, and Availability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Reactive Java and GCP
• Background in Telecom and Network Provisioning systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Strong leadership in technical teams and Agile methodologies
• Performance tuning, distributed systems experience
• Familiarity with certification and implementation of TMForum APIs
• Experience in building executive-level presentations and business cases
