Job DescriptionHourly Pay Range: $25.24 - $28.40 This position is responsible for payroll, hourly recruiting, and is involved with accounts payable and benefits related issues. Assists Human Resource Operations Manager (HROM) with various administrative functions.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Business field preferred. Related Experience:2- 3 years of Human Resources, Attendance Tracking, Recruiting and Payroll experience and solid knowledge of basic federal and employment laws. Equipment/Software Skills:Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Competencies Analytical- Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data. ProblemSolving- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Works well in group problem solving situations. Effectively identifies and escalates critical issues when appropriate. VerbalCommunication- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions. Must inspire confidence in others and function as a team and relationship builder. Additional InformationPhysical: Sitting, Walking, Climbing as required in a manufacturing environment.
