Handyman/Maintenance - Dallas STC (part-time)

The Dallas STC is seeking Part- Time skilled and reliable Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team in a flexible, self-scheduled role. The ideal candidate should possess a wide range of skills in maintenance, repairs, general cleanup, carpentry, painting, and drywall, along with fundamental knowledge of electrical, and plumbing systems-with the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. Dock Door and dock plate knowledge is a plus. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who ensures high-quality work and escalates complex issues to the Plant Manager.

This position is at a postal warehouse. 5 year background check and postal clearance required

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a construction field.
• Own a dependable vehicle and tools.
• Have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Must have a positive and professional attitude.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

This is a 24/7 operation and we will work with your schedule. 20 hours -25 hours a week

Compensation: $24.89/hour. ($19.91 + $4.98H&W). H&W paid on first 40 hours in work week
