Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a large and growing client in Atlanta to hire an Accounts Payable Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role with long-term potential. Role: AP Supervisor Location: Peachtree City, GA Onsite: Hybrid Comp: $35 - $40/hour Job Type: Contract with perm potential What You'll Do: Manage team KPI's and be the AP Oversee vendor invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations Manage AP aging reports and ensure accuracy in ERP systems Collaborate across teams for issue resolution and month-end close Support process improvement initiatives What You Bring: 3+ years AP experience (manufacturing preferred) 2+ years supervisory experience Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay process Excellent communication, time management, and Excel skills ERP system experience (manual process comfort is key!)
