*Description*
Focused on data-heavy project management. Less emphasis on traditional PM skills; more on data organization and stakeholder coordination. Ideal candidates have experience rolling out P2P (Procure-to-Pay) solutions. Project managers are responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities of a project manager include: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinating and managing project team members and resources Identifying and mitigating risks and issues Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders Ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met Evaluating project performance and making adjustments as needed Providing leadership and guidance to the project teamStrong communication skills are essential. Must be flexible and agile, as responsibilities can shift week to week. Needs to be comfortable managing ambiguity and staying organized in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Should have excellent stakeholder engagement and follow-up skills.
