Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Support Coordinator with previous Point-of-Sale (POS) experience to support field technicians.
This is a non-technical, fully remote role focused on process execution, technician coordination, and customer communication! *Responsibilities*: * Check in and check out technicians working on-site. * Review technician deliverables and ensure all documentation is complete. * Communicate technician status updates to customers clearly and professionally. *Qualifications:* * Understanding of POS systems and basic troubleshooting experience. * Ability to follow scripts and documentation processes. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Experience supporting field service teams or coordinating remote work is a plus. * Comfortable working independently during overnight hours. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
