Here's what you'd do:
- The Shipping & Receiving Documentation Technician is responsible for accurately scanning, verifying, and organizing logistics and quality documents during the shipping and the receiving processes.
- This role ensures that all outbound and inbound shipments are properly documented and that records are maintained in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
- Scan and digitize shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, delivery receipts and quality documents.
- Ensure all scanned documents are correctly labeled and stored in the document management system.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive logistics documentation.
- Support audits and compliance checks by providing accurate documentation records.

Hours: 40 hrs/week / 1ST shift

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative support role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with document scanning equipment and software
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory and warehouse management systems SAP.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
- Associates Degree in logistics
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

- Able to carry documents and electronic equipment up to 20lbs/9kg.
- Able to push/pull items in office areas.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time at computer and in meetings.
- Able to occasionally squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items shelved on bottom shelves
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.
