One of the nation's largest and premier provider of environmental remediation and response services has the immediate opening for an administrative assistant / graphic designer. Responsibilities include answering phones, sorting mail, assisting office staff as needed, while also working within a multidisciplinary proposal team, development of proposal graphics from conceptual design, and assisting in proposal production on large federal proposals as well as smaller commercial proposals. The position 100% in office and located in Fenton, Missouri. Responsibilities Answering phones Sorting mailing Greeting visitors Cultivating a solid body of work Thinking creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Amend final designs to team comments and gain full approval Work as part of a team Present Innovative concepts for Marketing Materials, Informational Pamphlets, flyers, etc. Social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) Requirements Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design Proven and demonstrable graphic design experience Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly proficient in all design aspects Experience with printing / product production preferred Professionalism regarding time management and deadlines Pass a pre-employment drug screen Legally eligible to work in the United States (Verified through E-Verify) Environmental Restoration is an equal opportunity employer, and as such, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, genetic information, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, status as a protected veteran, or national origin.
