The Analyst, Identity Management plays a pivotal role in managing the access rights and identities of bboth internal and external users within the organization. Critical thinking and strong programming skills are a must. The Analyst, Identity Management will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing security technologies in accordance with the essential business practices and technology direction of Concentra. The position will employ state-of-the art security techniques to maintain the
highest level of security for all platforms and applications maintained at Concentra. The responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and diagnosing possible incidents, network security concerns, and investigations.



Responsibilities

    Manage and maintain the organization's identity and access management (IAM) systems and processes to include the following areas:
  • Active Directory
  • Experience beyond user/group creation/maintenance
  • Domain level upgrades
  • Domain Health monitoring
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Identity Management Suite
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Automation
  • API/Third party integrations
  • MFA Administration
  • Architecture/Topology
  • ADFS/SAML/Federation
  • Federated authentication/authorization integrations
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding IAM-related processes and tools
  • Monitor and analyze IAM-related logs and reports to identify potential security issues or unauthorized access attempts
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to IAM
  • Assessing and documenting access control requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and implementing access control policies.
  • Conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending security controls to mitigate risks.
  • Monitoring and analyzing user access activities, investigating security incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions, integrating identity provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.
  • Experience with IBM Security Verify Governance is a plus


Qualifications

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree; Major: Business Systems, Computer Science
  • Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable
  • 5 -7years experience in providing operational support of IAM tools for entitlement and access reviews
  • Prior experience using IAM tools to establish user access roles, permissions, and profiles or
    similar technical role
  • Experience applying risk management concepts to information technology and identity management scenarios.
  • LDAP experience including Active Directory
  • Prior experience with Identity and Access Management Software
  • Web Access Security, Single Sign On, Multi-factor Authentication
  • Experience with Firewall, VPN, Intrusion Prevention, Anti-Virus, Encryption, and/or DLP technologies
  • Project management experience
  • Security Information Event Management
  • Information Security, Programming or related experience
  • Scripting skills - JavaScript, Java, SQL
