Job Description
What You Will Do: We are seeking a Process Engineer to focus on our LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) / Box Build Processes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all related manufacturing equipment and processes required to assemble a high-quality product in a repeatable and cost-effective manner. You will support LRU manufacturing and environmental testing processes, the programming and support of automated torque systems and work with the design engineering team on various projects. In addition, you will assist with NPIs (New Product Introductions) by providing DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback and assisting in the creation of PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
