The Print Production Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of all stages of the printing process, from pre-press to final product, by operating equipment, managing projects, and maintaining strict quality control. This role involves handling and troubleshooting digital printing machines, reviewing and preparing digital files for print, selecting appropriate materials, and inspecting finished products to ensure RBDC and RBNA specifications are met. Additionally, the Print Production Specialist coordinates with internal teams on both RBNA and RBDC to ensure timely delivery, manages inventory and costs, and oversees the shipping of quality work nationwide. Proven effectiveness as a creative problem solver Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Demonstrated time management and organizational skills Preferred Experience and Qualifications Hands-on experience with digital and/or offset printing machines. Knowledge of prepress processes, including file preparation, color correction, and imposition. Minimum 2+ years working in a digital department and running digital equipment Working knowledge of Digital Print Production Software. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Regularly lift, move, and place up to 50 pounds of inventory and/or advertising material Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
