POSITION SPECIFICS

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution and delivery of key projects spearheaded by Human Resources.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Interact regularly with sponsors and product managers to define and maintain focus on project scope, goals and deliverables; provide regular updates, metrics and presentations

  • Facilitate project sprint ceremonies and project-related meetings to identify and monitor project milestones and deliverables, remove roadblocks, manage resources and facilitate decision-making to ensure timelines and expectations are met; ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, including decision and issue tracking and resolution; document meeting notes and key discussions and/or decisions

  • Ensure communication and change management plans are developed and included in project execution

  • Identify potential risks and facilitate the development of contingency plans

  • Foster positive collaboration among cross-functional teams; establish a clear understanding of ownership, roles and responsibilities within the team

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement; analyze project outcomes and apply lessons learned to future projects

  • Stay up to date on project management best practices and influence change in process or project structure to continue to evolve

The ideal Project Manager candidate has strong leadership skills, an ability to communicate across audiences, comfort in managing varied levels of stakeholders and project resources and a proven track record of successfully managing projects simultaneously. Additionally, candidates should have familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

If filled as Project Manager - Senior Professional, this position requires: Bachelor's Degree 6+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None If filled as Project Manager - Advanced Professional, this position requires: Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES

SALARY & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $76,700.00 - $129,500.00.
