Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Quality Administrator (6 month contract) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.

Compensation: $21-$25/hour (depending on experience)

This is a 6 month, full-time employment opportunity



Responsibilities

    Organize existing file structure
  • Standardize filenames according to a defined format
  • Upload files into new system, adding information from the file for indexing (e.g. title, release date, revision level)
  • Verify accuracy of uploaded files


Skills / Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Work experience in managing a digital file system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Adobe or similar PDF application
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to focus and remain on task despite occasional distractions from an office environment
  • Effective time planning and communication of progress to stakeholders
