Concordance Healthcare Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity for an HR Manager- Employee Relations & Leave Management (Classification: HR Manager). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day HR operations with a focus on employee relations, workplace issue resolution, compliance, and leave management. This role serves as a key resource to managers and employees, offering guidance on policies, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and other employment matters. A deep understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements is essential, as is the ability to research and interpret laws when unique situations arise. The Employee Relations Manager ensures alignment between HR practices and the company's goals while fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment. This individual will collaborate with internal departments to promote consistent communication, fair practices, and timely resolution of employee concerns. The role requires sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and integrity. Essential Functions:
