The Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) is responsible for conducting outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders. The scope of the Sleep Coach job includes actively promoting and selling CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention through effective outreach and relationship building.
