The incumbent may support various Human Resources functions i.e. Talent Acquisitions, HR Operations, or Benefits, and the scope of duties will be defined accordingly. Position Responsibilities: * Acts as point of contact for HR related matters either in a division/Hospital facility or other functional area (Benefits, Recruiting). * Serves as a resource to Virtua employees as well as external customers, providing information on HR Operational issues (policy interpretation guidance, etc.), benefits information (including LOA and WC, ), and Recruiting (i.e. pre-employment verifications, applicant screening, employee orientation, etc.). * Will be involved in special projects such as divisional recognition programs (Manager of the Quarter, Employee of the Month), Sign-on Bonuses, Employee Referral Program, Educational Grant Program, Benefits Enrollment. * Provides administrative support to team by answering telephones, maintaining office supply inventory, data entry/computer work and relevant report preparation and dissemination, record/file maintenance. (i.e. monthly requisition reports, local recognition program reports, JCAHO/regulatory monitoring reports, etc.). Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: 1-2 years office experience preferable within a Human Resources setting. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Advanced level Word, and Excel. Required Education: High School diploma. Hourly Rate: $21.21 - $31.81 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
