Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a visionary and deeply technical Senior Technology Advisor to join our Platform Solutions Advisory team. This role is designed for a strategic technologist who thrives at the intersection of enterprise architecture, platform innovation, and executive engagement. You will lead transformative conversations with senior stakeholders, architect scalable platform solutions, and guide customers through modernization journeys leveraging Blue Yonder's AI-driven supply chain platform, integrated with leading ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.

The ideal candidate will possess a distinctive blend of detailed technical expertise, strategic acumen, and practical knowledge, demonstrating how well-crafted technology and platform architecture that enable supply chain and operational strategies can create a competitive business edge. Exceptional communication skills are essential for fostering customer success, building trust, and delivering tangible business outcomes. Your proficiency in customizing complex, AI-driven supply chain solutions to cater to each customer's distinct requirements will establish you as a trusted advisor and thought leader both within the company and across the industry.

What You'll Do:

Executive Engagement & Strategy:

  • Engage directly with Customer & Prospect executives and decision drivers to drive business & technology trends in their challenges, understand pain points, and uncover opportunities for transformation within their supply chain operations

  • Lead architectural engagements, engaging with Enterprise Architect/ CDO office/ CTO Office/ CIO Office, guiding customers through the process of understanding how Blue Yonder's Platform architecture and AI-driven solutions can elevate their business, data and IT performance, optimize their supply chain operations and deliver sustained value

  • Partner with Blue Yonder Data Science organization to envision and deliver AI-in-Operations through rapid prototyping with Predictive-AI, Generative-AI and Agentic frameworks, validating value-driven adoption, consumption and business outcomes

Platform Architecture & Innovation:

  • Architect best-in-class, scalable solutions by leveraging Blue Yonder's technologies and industry best practices, ensuring modernization of the customer's technology portfolio, minimize tech debt and ensure client needs are met with innovative, high-impact designs

  • Create Level 0,1 architectures and provide advice on data strategy, data governance, next-generation data sharing, reducing duplication and conforming to security frameworks and standards.

  • Provide clear guidance on how Blue Yonder cloud based, AI-powered solutions will inter-operate with customer systems using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures for portability, scalability, and operational efficiency

Technology Implementation Best Practices:

  • Advise on the implementation and integration of Blue Yonder solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and driving optimal performance across customer environments

  • Collaborate with Blue Yonder's internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure alignment on project goals and successful solution deployment

  • Guide customers through implementation best practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP landscapes and third-party systems, especially SAP ECC or S/4HANA, Oracle ERP,

  • Ability to design and optimize middleware-based integration architectures using middleware tools like MuleSoft or SAP CPI, ensuring data consistency, latency reduction, for optimal performance and operational resilience.

Value Communication & Thought Leadership:

  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value narratives for executive stakeholders.

  • Represent Blue Yonder at industry forums, webinars, and customer events, showcasing platform capabilities and innovation leadership.

  • Author white papers, blogs, and technical briefs that highlight best practices in platform modernization, AI adoption, and supply chain transformation.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal teams, influencing product roadmap and go-to-market strategies based on customer feedback and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred; supplemented by commensurate work experience.

  • Proven experience in solution architecture, preferably within supply chain technology or software solutions. Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), ERP integration (SAP, Oracle), and event-driven systems (Kafka).

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Snowflake, and ML frameworks (including BYOML)

  • Develop messaging, drive internal enablement, and demonstrate key capabilities of the Blue Yonder platform, extensibility, value added services and co-creation by Customers and partners, execute Proof's of Concepts

  • Experience in platforms that enable Predictive AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for superior customer experience and acceleration of business outcomes

  • Ability to partner with and complement Blue Yonder's Functional Solution Advisors to drive customer preference, accelerate customer acquisition and time to value

  • . Coding skills in Python or similar languages, with experience building and deploying ML models in enterprise environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives, driving strategic conversations

  • Experience leading diverse teams and managing multiple projects concurrently

The base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $160,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
