TITLE Associate Director, Dallas Enrollment Services & One Stop JOB SUMMARY The Associate Director of Dallas Enrollment Services & One Stop plays a pivotal role in enhancing student enrollment, success, and retention across a range of undergraduate and graduate academic programs. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic enrollment initiatives, providing empathetic and solution-oriented support to students, and advocating for resources that improve the overall student experience. Reporting directly to the President of the TWU Dallas Campus, the Associate Director collaborates closely with departments across the university to ensure a seamless, supportive, and student-centered environment tailored to the diverse needs of the Dallas campus population. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, communication, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE At least 5 years of experience in enrollment management, student services, or higher education administration. REQUIREMENT Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position. All employees share the responsibility of maintaining information security and privacy requirements within the university by adhering to Federal and State regulations, and TWU Policies & Procedures. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - The following are essential: * Experience providing responsive, compassionate, student-centered support and advocacy. * Knowledge of Financial Aid processes and policies preferred. * Knowledge of the unique needs and expectations of both undergraduate and graduate student populations. * Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. * Strong commitment to equity and inclusion in student engagement and program development. * Proactive, self-starter requiring limited supervision.
