What You'll Do

IronArch is currently seeking a Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide project supporting the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities will include

  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, quality control, and leadership for project execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our government customer, with the ability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX.
  • Provide management and oversight of our team (including subcontractors)
  • Facilitate communications between our team and our government customer
  • Use industry best practices and proven methodologies to document customer requirements and monitor performance
  • Provide a collaborative, responsive interface for our government customer while delivering on customer requirements
Requirements
  • 15+ years of program management experience in large government programs
  • Broad and thorough knowledge of Air Force and DoD corporate processes
  • Experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and managing enterprise-wide professional support services contracts (including managing subcontractors, cost, budget, and managing to milestones)
  • Extensive knowledge in Air Force Civilian Engineer (CE) mission areas
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead complex teams, and interpret strategies and guidance from senior Air Force leaders
  • Extensive experience serving in a senior Air Force strategic and command position (e.g., MAJCOM, higher headquarters)
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Master's degree
