Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Buffalo Grove, IL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Operations Support Coordinator supports daily business functions by generating essential reports, maintaining accurate data systems, coordinating departmental training, and assisting with administrative and operational workflows.
  • A key aspect of this role includes handling data and routing entries in SAP to support production and process accuracy.
  • Schedule and track training sessions across departments.
  • Maintain training records and communicate updates with supervisors and HR.
  • Prepare and maintain MF47 reports, ensuring data is accurate and submitted on time for team and management review.
  • Compile and distribute Discrete Error Reports.
  • Assist with error tracking and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve recurring issues.
  • Gather and summarize PTO data weekly.
  • Generate a weekly workforce file for supply chain and operations.
  • Work with teams to identify material needs, submit orders, and follow up on delivery schedules.
  • Enter and maintain operational data in the Effy system.
  • Ensure data accuracy for team reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Add and update employee information in Dayforce to support HR records, payroll, and system access.
  • Assist in entering and updating master data and routing information in SAP.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure all entries reflect current processes and operational needs.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21 - $25/hr.

Hours: 20 hours/week (8 AM - 12 Noon)

Length: Temp (3 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of admin support experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Excel, Teams, SAP, Outlook.
  • Currently attending College and look for a higher level degree in Engineering or Business.
