- The ESG Project Manager reports to VP, Associate General Counsel, Global Commercial Operations, and supports ESG reporting and assessments, specifically the coordination and execution of our annual CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) and S&P Global CSA (Corporate Sustainability Assessment) submissions, as well as any external and internal ESG-related data and information requests.
- This role is responsible for identifying and collecting ESG metrics and information for the purpose of ESG reporting and partnering with Controllership and other subject matter experts regarding the collection, accuracy, completeness, and validation of the metrics, ensuring ESG reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- This role will also be responsible for leading and supporting work related to ESG requests and inquiries from external and internal stakeholders such as national account managers, team members, customers, and investors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all ESG reporting, support ESG-related data initiatives, and drive standardization and best practices.
- Support client's participation in external assessments and indices, including CDP, DJSI, EcoVadis, MSCI, and Sustainalytics, by either assisting the lead project manager or acting as the project manager, depending on the team's needs.
- Complete and support ESG requests received from customers and team members through the team's ESG intake form, which may include pointing stakeholders to relevant ESG reports and resources, answering questionnaires, and having conversations with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a repository of standard ESG responses and support materials for consistent, efficient communication.
- Partner on the development of the client's annual ESG report, collecting relevant data from key partner teams and ensuring the correct data verification processes are adhered to in partnership with Controllership.
- Collaborate with our Legal, Controllership, HR, and other compliance teams on understanding and reacting to the rapidly changing ESG regulatory developments.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or project management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in common desktop applications and data analytics software (Power BI) and creating visual depictions of data (charts, graphs).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CDP, CSA, or other ESG disclosure platforms
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and experience in a continuous change environment with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with responsiveness to shifting priorities.
- Technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, then process and present it in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.
