Here's what you'd do:

• The Market Communications Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials needed to support marketing plans and programs.
• Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine advertising, brochures, internet and intranet development, presentations and trade shows.
• Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness.
• Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns.
• Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department.
• Assists the Marketing Communications Manager in creating digital marketing material such as flyers, white papers, videos, and PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches.
• Maintains Computed Tomography USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and Sharepoint tools
• Manages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
• Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for sales
• Manages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletters.
• Will also collaborate with channel managers, creative services, and the web team for project execution.

• Pay rate: $27.00/Hour
• Hours: 40 hours/week 1^st Shift; 2 day in-office; 9 am - 5 PM
• Length: Temp (12 Months)

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operational and Project management capabilities - managing multiple projects at different stages.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps.
