Experience: Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance position or a role that is deemed equivalent. This experience is crucial for ensuring familiarity with the challenges and responsibilities inherent in the maintenance sector.

Technical Skills: Candidates must exhibit robust mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, enabling them to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
