Schedule: 6pm - 6am | 2/2/3 schedule, work 2 days off 2 days every other weekend will work Fri, Sat, and Sun

Pay: $15.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general production activities of temporary staff during shifts, including attendance management, project area setup, and hands-on training in safety, quality, and productivity. Maintain clear communication with Team Leads regarding staffing and concerns. Actively participate on the production line by operating packaging equipment, supporting changeovers, ensuring CILs and centerlines are followed, and evaluating team dynamics while providing constructive feedback to support employee development.
