We are hiring a Product Support Inside Sales Representative to focus on the sale of Mustang Cat's parts and service offerings to develop customer-driven solutions utilizing Mustang's unique abilities as a Caterpillar authorized dealer. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include: Represent Mustang as industry leader and promote key differentiators to best serve our customers Provide exceptional customer service Meet and exceed strategic sales goals Establish new customer accounts Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers Develop and maintain positive relationship with Mustang's Service Department Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers Meet set requirements for continued professional development Inside Sales Representative Position Requirements: College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements 3 years experience in heavy machinery parts and service Exceptional customer service skills Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet" Strong desire to win Negotiation experience Strong mechanical aptitude Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment Strongly Preferred Experience: Bilingual English/Spanish Knowledge of CAT equipment Check out the Mustang Cat Anthem to see our mission in action!
