Description Director, Small-town & Rural Church Initiative, Lilly Endowment To lead, facilitate, and access the Small-town and Rural Church Initiative To collaborate with a steering team that will provide input and ideas to the initiative To recruit and coordinate churches and leaders to participate in the initiative To conduct four one-year-long cohorts towards the initiative's purposes To provide coaching and consulting to the pastors and church leaders involved To aid leaders in assessing their congregations' life cycle and health initiatives Starting date: June 1, 2025.
