Role: HSSP Program Manager - SPA 4 (Mid City) Reports to: Director Program: 1305- HSS Measure H Department: Mental Health Location: Wellness Center - 345 S. San Pedro Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013 Setting: Not 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Status: Full-time/Exempt/Management Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Openings: 1 Job Description Summary: The Program Manager, Housing Support Services Program (HSSP) will oversee a portion of the HSSP for adults residing in downtown and mid-city Los Angeles. HSSP is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) who are formerly homeless and have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The Program Manager will monitor and ensure the team of clinicians provides high-quality services that meet or exceed required contract, funder, and agency standards. The Program Manager will provide administrative and clinical supervision for direct practice clinicians, if applicable. This position is responsible for maintaining the efficiency of operations while fostering teamwork among staff and across departments and programs.
