Assembler Shift: 1st, (7am-3pm) Pay: $17-$18/hr We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn new skills, grow within a company, and build a long-term career in manufacturing. Prior assembler experience is not required, as training will be provided; however, candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality and teamwork. Job Description: Perform bench-type assembly processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools and fixtures Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks Complete assigned work with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and productivity standards Inspect assembled components to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards Follow all prescribed safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or issues
