Industrial Maintenance Technician

We're hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations and help maintain the highest industry standards.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift, 8 hours per day

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Use volt meters to diagnose AC voltage issues in industrial electrical systems
• Maintain and repair water pumps, motors, and facility equipment
• Operate forklifts and manlifts (training provided if needed)
• Collaborate with production leads to proactively address maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing for long periods, and working in various conditions
