Job Overview: FXI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our territory sales managers and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and coaching high-performing sales teams under the leadership of BU VP. The Director will play a key role in developing, implementing, and be accountable for individual territory sales manager strategies. The success of achieving these strategies will be depended upon the Directors fluid coaching.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going coaching to individual sales managers that are aligned with SIP incentives and customer intimacy objectives to ensure financial metrics are achieved.
- Lead the on-going development of sales managers and be consistently building upon skill sets for upward advancement within the sales organization.
- Aide sales managers in the development of customer call plans that drive superior customer intimacy
- Manage individual and team performance metrics and consolidate analysis summaries to the VP of Sales.
- Work with the VP of Sales in the development and implementation of programs for sales, product, and CRM training that are aligned with business objectives.
- Drive compliance with CRM objectives to improve pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
- Work with individual plants to optimize communication that leverages existing pours and drive capacity utilization
- Gather competitive market intelligence and communicate up to the VP of Sales to ensure FXI retains and grows market share
- Drive adherence to the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management and inspect for accuracy
- Be a role model and mentor for the company's mission, vision and values
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or other related degree
- 8+ years of Sales experience
- 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience; driving key projects, mentorship and guidance to peers, influencing outcomes, etc
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with Customer Service and/or Customer Service Management to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Microsoft Office proficiency, with experience implementing and maintaining a CRM platform
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills. Ability to use them at all levels in and out of the organization
- Customer Intimacy
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
