Are you passionate about improving healthcare workflows and ensuring smooth software transitions in hospital settings? We're looking for an entry-level Hospital Case Management Implementation Coordinator to help hospitals seamlessly integrate case management systems that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Pay: $45/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the rollout and go-live of case management software at hospital facilities
  • Work directly with case management staff, directors, and preceptors
  • Provide training, troubleshooting, and system support pre- and post-go-live
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact during implementation phases
  • Coordinate implementation tasks and ensure timelines are met
  • Evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements for future implementations
  • Participate in kickoff meetings, communicate with leadership, and help onboard new team members
  • Travel to various hospital facilities for implementation support (1-2 weeks per wave)
  • Apply and share system knowledge to promote consistent use and workflow optimization




Qualifications:



  • Basic knowledge of any EMR system
  • At least 1 year of experience in software implementation
  • Certification (LPN, EMT, etc.) is helpful but not required
  • Flexibility to travel outside Tennessee as needed
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and support teams in fast-paced clinical settings
