CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8-10 hour shifts

What You'll Need:

• 4 years of CNC or related experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of design principles, mathematics, mechanics, and production processes
• Technical proficiency and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
• Recent trade school graduates with relevant CNC coursework are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC machines using technical drawings and blueprints
• Cut, shape, drill, and finish materials with precision and accuracy
• Select appropriate tools and settings for each production task
• Monitor machine operations, inspect finished parts, and ensure product quality
• Perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and adhere to safety protocols
• Keep accurate production and quality logs to support smooth shift transitions
