Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (3-day weekends!)

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Support machine operators in a sheet metal production environment
• Perform general labor duties and assist where needed to meet daily goals
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to safety and production standards
• Work with warehouse and packaging teams to keep workflow efficient
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of general warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous experience operating machinery (sheet metal preferred)
• Mechanically inclined with an eye for quality and detail
• Team player with strong communication and time management skills
