Pay Rate: $22.87/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Your Role as a Steel Door Assembly Worker:

You'll be supporting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assisting with the assembly and transport of parts used to create high-quality steel doors.

Daily tasks include:

• Assisting machine operators with setup and production tasks
• Handling raw materials, tools, dies, fixtures, and supplies
• Loading/unloading trucks and moving materials between departments
• Positioning materials on conveyors, racks, or containers for further processing
• Cleaning and organizing materials to maintain work area standards
• Following all standardized work methods and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
